Ilana (she/her) is a New York City-based actor and singer. She discovered her love for musical theatre through her high school’s drama department, Cupertino Actors’ Theatre (CAT). She went on to earn a BFA in Musical Theatre with a minor in Dance from Chico State University.
 

A Bay Area native (born in Ohio, moved to the Bay at 7), she grew up in a Mizrahi/Ashkenazi Jewish household-half Middle Eastern (Israeli/Iraqi) and half European Jewish (Ukrainian/Russian). Born into a lineage where every one of her ancestors was displaced from their home, meant she was raised on stories of resilience, hope, and survival. A true empath, Ilana channels the deep emotions rooted in her family’s unique set of wins and losses as a powerful vehicle for self-expression in her craft.

When not singing, dancing, or acting, you can find Ilana exploring local cafes while working on her online business, helping people transition to holistic, clean ingredient everyday products and nutritional supplements. She is passionate about health and wellness and is committed to supporting those who feel stuck in their health journeys due to the shortcomings of the current FDA system. She recently became certified to teach Barre fitness classes and is beyond excited to begin her journey!
